Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee represents our commitment to both quality service and products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any item, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund or a replacement. See our No-Nonsense Return Policy below.
We guarantee the lowest prices. If you find an item online advertised at a lower price we will beat their price by 10%. Simply mention the product and website in the Special Instructions section in our checkout and we will automatically adjust the product's price. If for some reason we are unable to verify the price we will contact you before processing your order and you will not be charged without your approval. If within 30 days you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and we'll instruct you how to send your package back to us. Shipping fees are not refundable. Returned products must be in new condition to receive a refund or replacement. All returns must be properly packaged and insured to avoid damage. Refunds or credit cannot be issued for improperly packaged returned items.
Clearance items and personalized or custom rugs cannot be
returned unless they are defective. Opened rug pads cannot be returned.
If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of arrival. All damage claims must be filed with the carrier. We will provide you with full assistance in this unlikely event.
Most of the products we carry come with manufacturer warrantees. In the event an item becomes defective, please refer to the warranty information for proper procedures. Some manufacturers allow us to accept returned defective merchandise, but some prefer to have the customer return the product directly to them. The manufacturers that we deal with are all excellent companies who have quality products and reputations, but each company has it's own specific policies on defective merchandise.
