Lowest Price / Price Beat Guarantee

We guarantee the lowest prices. If you find an item online advertised at a lower price we will beat their price by 10%. Simply mention the product and website in the Special Instructions section in our checkout and we will automatically adjust the product's price. If for some reason we are unable to verify the price we will contact you before processing your order and you will not be charged without your approval. The way our Lowest Price Guarantee works is simple, let's say you see a product on our site for $200 and you see the same product on another website for $180. We will beat their price by taking 10% off of their price. $180 - 10% ($18) = $162. Simple.

To qualify for this offer we must be able to verify the competitor's price and the competitor's product must be in-stock.

This offer excludes auction websites or products sold by private sellers. We reserve the right to decline any order and to discontinue this offer at anytime without notice. This offer can not be combined with any other coupon or discount.

No-Nonsense Return Policy

If within 30 days you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and we'll instruct you how to send your package back to us. Shipping fees are not refundable. Returned products must be in new condition to receive a refund or replacement. All returns must be properly packaged and insured to avoid damage. Refunds or credit cannot be issued for improperly packaged returned items.

  • Do not fold, staple or tape any surfaces of the item or rug
  • The returned item must be in new condition. If it is soiled or damaged, it will be refused.
  • No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns that are received without a RMA will be refused.
  • Returns will not be accepted after the 30 day trial period has ended.

Clearance items and personalized or custom rugs cannot be returned unless they are defective. Opened rug pads cannot be returned.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. Refused orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return freight charges. Please, accept the order and then contact us for instructions on returning it.

Damaged Merchandise

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of arrival. All damage claims must be filed with the carrier. We will provide you with full assistance in this unlikely event.

Product Warranties

Most of the products we carry come with manufacturer warrantees. In the event an item becomes defective, please refer to the warranty information for proper procedures. Some manufacturers allow us to accept returned defective merchandise, but some prefer to have the customer return the product directly to them. The manufacturers that we deal with are all excellent companies who have quality products and reputations, but each company has it's own specific policies on defective merchandise.
