Most orders are shipped via either UPS Ground or FedEx Home Delivery. Some orders are shipped directly from
our suppliers and may be shipped using a different carrier.
Ground Shipping to the contiguous United States is Free
on all orders. We currently do not ship outside of the contiguous United States, this includes: Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and the Caribbean Islands.
Regardless of which carrier is used to ship your order, we offer online order
tracking. This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so you can always check the status
of your order.
Orders typically take 1 to 2 business days to process, depending on product availability, before they are shipped.
Once an item is shipped it can take the shipping carrier 2 to 7 days for delivery depending on your location.
24 hour online order tracking is provided for more accurate delivery times.
Express shipping is available with some orders. You will be responsible for actual freight charges.

We are unable to ship to APO/FPO Addresses.
If your order contains items that are temporarily out of stock these items will be placed on backorder and shipped as soon as
they become available. Most backordered items are shipped within 7 days. If an item will be out of stock for longer than this you
will receive an e-mail informing of when we expect it in. If your order contains other items that are in stock those items
will not be held up and they will be shipped separately from the backordered items. You will not be charged for backordered items
until they are shipped.
